RESERVATION POLICIES
FOR THE BRASSY DOLPHIN CONDO
We require full payment prior to booking within 1 week.
Bookings 2 weeks out may put a $25.00 per night deposit to hold your
reservation with the balance due 1 week prior to actual
booking date. We can not confirm a reservation
until payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable.
All rates are subject to 15% Texas state and local hotel tax.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
Children: Over 11 only please
Pet Policy:
Pets up to 20# are permitted. Dogs only, no cats. We
DO require that you let us know you intend to bring a
pet. $50.00 charge pet per stay. 7 day maximum. Additional $50.00 pet
charge applies Every 7 days
thereafter.
1. NO PETS IN THE BEDS Please supply a doggie bed
or blanket to make pet Comfortable on floor.
2. DO NOT LEAVE PETS
UNATTENDED without a
carrier. If you need to leave just make sure your pet is
secure in a carrier.
3. BE RESPONSIBLE
We wish to remain pet
friendly.
Our
experience with guests bringing pets to date has been great
- lets keep it that way and be responsible for your pet.
Check-in time is 2:00 pm. If checking in after dark
please let us know so we can leave the lights on. Check-out time is
12:00 Noon.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 25% fee for cancellation up to 7 days prior to
scheduled arrival.
14 days advanced notice of cancellation is required on
holidays
No-shows will be charged full rate.Privacy Policy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell your personally
identifiable information to anyone.
Damage - Cleaning Policy:
Guests leaving the condo overtly dirty will be
charged an additional cleaning fee of $75.00 upon check
out. Guests to the condo will be charged
accordingly for any damage or missing items.
Security Policy:
Your Payment and personal information is always safe.
Our secure sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry
standard and among the best software available today for
secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your
personal information, including credit card, number,
name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the
internet.
Right of Refusal:
The Brassy Dolphin reserves the right to refuse booking
anytime.
